We actively integrate gender perspectives into our policies, programs, and projects. Following the PCW-NEDA-DBM Joint Circular No. 2012-01, we ensure our annual Gender and Development (GAD) plans and budgets are strategically designed to promote equality and inclusivity across the rail sector.
