The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), in compliance with the PCW-NEDA-DBM Joint Circular No. 2012 – 01 Re: “Guidelines for the Preparation of Annual Gender and Development (GAD) Plans and Budget and Accomplishment Reports to implement the Magna Carta of Women”, implements gender perspective policies, plans, programs, activities and projects (PAPs) to carry out the law’s procedural, policy and sectoral program requirements.
