LRTA personnel attended the “Strategic Human Resource Management” seminar conducted by the Personnel Officers Association of the Philippines (POAP) on April 22-25, 2025, in Boracay, Aklan. This training was part of POAP’s ongoing series of seminars designed to equip government HR practitioners with the skills to align their practices with organizational goals, enhance employee performance, and navigate modern public service challenges. This seminar aims to develop a corps of well-informed, forward-looking, and responsible HR officers and administrators.
