The Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) Training was conducted on August 19–22, 2025, at Ciudad Christhia (Waves Resort), San Mateo, Rizal. This 32-hour program was designed to equip emergency responders and local officials with the skills to quickly assess the extent of damage and identify the immediate needs of a community following a disaster. Four participants from the Safety and Security Division—Junbrian S. Froyalde, Sr. Safety Specialist; Rommel L. Ramos, Safety Specialist; William Wilfredo S. Flores, Safety Specialist; and Genevieve M. Velasquez, Safety Specialist—attended the training, which was facilitated by the Office of Civil Defense and the Pasig Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
