Mr. Dominic D. Cornelio, Manager, Budgeting and Financial Planning Division, attended the online training entitled “Public Service Values Program” conducted by the Civil Service Institute (CSI) on February 4, 2026 via Zoom. This CSI program aims to enable participants to accept, apply and advocate the shared values of Patriotism, Integrity, Excellence and Spirituality (PIES) especially in relation to delivering public service. It serves as a tool for strengthening ethical governance, aligned with Republic Act No. 6713.
