A total of sixty two (62) employees, including Mr. Sherwin P. Biscocho designated as Data Protection Officer, Mr. Nelson Ronald D. Ambrosio designated as Personnel Information Controller and Ms. Jennifer L. Bagaoisan designated as Chief Information Officer, attended the training entitled Privacy Management Program on March 30, 2026. The training was conducted by Ms. Raychell L. Delos Santos, Information Systems Researcher I of Compliance and Monitoring Division of the National Privacy Commission. This equips the authority to comply with the Republic Act No. 10173 otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012, and lead towards a culture protective of data privacy rights of individuals as part of corporate governance responsibilities.
