A 3-hour orientation was held for HR and concerned personnel. This orientation aims to inform and/or enhance the understanding of LRTA officers and personnel about PRIME-HRM Enhanced Maturity Level 3, its key features, benefits, and the requirements and steps needed to achieve and sustain this level. Forty participants attended the CSC-led session.
