The Operation Control Center Supervisor Training Program was conducted from July 14–August 13, 2025, at the OCC Viewing Room, Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City. This 160-hour program aimed to develop a pool of competent and certified trainees capable of operating signaling equipment at both revenue line and depot signaling system workstations.

Certified trainees from this program are also considered for promotion or employment opportunities within the Traffic Control Division, leveraging their knowledge and expertise to support LRT-2 system operations. Eight participants from the Train Operations Division and MTT attended the training, which was facilitated by Technical Resource Persons from the Traffic Control Division.
