A total of fifty-two (52) participants, including members from LRTA IMS Core Team, IMS Secretariat, QMS Audit Group, QMS Risk Management Group, QMS Objectives, Implementation and Monitoring Group, and representatives from different offices attended the Online Training on ISO 9001:2015 QMS, conducted by Mr. Noel F. Mojica, Managing Director and Senior Consultant of the Cedar-Springs Training Consultancy Services on June 9, 2026, online via Zoom.

This one-day learning session is designed to provide a practical and operational appreciation of ISO 9001:2015 beyond documentation and compliance requirements. The course highlights how an effective Quality Management System can support organizational effectiveness through improved process coordination, proactive risk management, meaningful performance monitoring, reliable reporting, evidence-based decision-making, and continual improvement.
