The Human Resource Management Division conducted Online Orientation/Re-Orientation on the Accomplishment of Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) Form and other related SPMS Forms on June 26, 2026, online via Zoom. A total of one hundred fifteen (115) participants attended the orientation. This orientation/re-orientation aims to inform and assist all LRTA employees, including newly-hired employees, in accomplishing and preparing IPCF and IPCR Forms and the utilization of other related SPMS Forms.
