

The Human Resource Management Division conducted Online Orientation on the Mandatory Compliance with Overtime (OT) Authorization Requirements relative to the Implementation of 4-Day Work Week and Energy Conservation Measures Effective March 9, 2026 for LRTA Employees on April 17, 2026. A total of one hundred fifty-four (154) employees attended the orientation. This undertaking aims to orient all concerned employees, and to ensure strict enforcement and full compliance with the overtime (OT) authorization requirements relative to the implementation of the 4-day workweek and energy conservation measures in the LRTA.
