The Administrative Department – Human Resource Management Division successfully conducted an online orientation on the Grant of Medical Allowance on January 9, 2026, via Zoom, with the participation of LRTA employees from various offices.
The orientation aimed to inform all concerned LRTA employees of the approved Guidelines on the Grant of Medical Allowance, particularly focusing on the conditions and requirements necessary to be entitled to and granted the said benefit.

During the session, participants were guided through the salient provisions of the guidelines, including the qualifications of entitled employees and the required supporting documents. The orientation also served as a venue to address clarifications and concerns relative to the implementation of the medical allowance.
This initiative underscores LRTA’s commitment to promoting transparency, employee welfare, and awareness of benefits accorded to its workforce through proper dissemination of approved policies and guidelines.
