The Administrative Department- Human Resource Management Division conducted an Online Orientation on the Accomplishment of Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) and Individual Performance Commitment Form (IPCF) for Newly Hired Employees on February 18, 2026 online via Zoom. A total of twenty-eight (28) employees attended the orientation. This orientation aims to inform and assist newly hired LRTA employees in accomplishing and preparing their IPCF and IPCR forms. These performance management tools are used to rate employee performance based on quality, efficiency, and timeliness, ensure that individual efforts align with agency goals, and provide a basis for rewards, incentives, and personal development.
