As part of LRTA’s Health and Wellness Program, the HRMD-Medical Services Office conducts a Monthly Health Lay Forum Programs for LRTA Employees. A total of sixty (60) employees attended the topic on “Mechanical Back Pain and Musculoskeletal Health” held on May 19, 2026, online via Zoom. This undertaking aims to spread awareness on common, preventable, and manageable diseases to improve the overall health and well-being of LRTA employees.
