In celebration of Women’s Month this March, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), through its Gender and Development Committee, in partnership with the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), conducted a free Medical and Dental Mission for women at LRT Line 2 Araneta Center–Cubao Station on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

A total of 108 passengers availed of medical consultation services, while 21 benefited from dental services during the activity.
The activity was one of the ways LRTA recognizes and expresses appreciation for Filipino women and their invaluable contributions to nation-building.

Services provided included medical consultation, electrocardiogram (ECG), tooth extraction, blood pressure checking, and blood sugar monitoring, all free of charge.

The initiative served as a testament to LRTA’s mission to enhance people mobility and provide a world-class light rail transport system that is sensitive, inclusive, and committed to service excellence.
