The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) proudly announces its participation in Earth Hour 2026 on Saturday, 28 March 2026, at 8:30 PM, joining millions worldwide in switching off non-essential lights for one hour to raise awareness on climate change and energy conservation.

By encouraging all 1,443 personnel to switch off lights in their homes, ensuring non-essential lights in LRTA offices and facilities are turned off, and sharing advocacy materials through official platforms, LRTA demonstrates its commitment to cultivating lasting habits that protect communities and the planet.
