The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) received a Plaque of Appreciation as one of the Career Executive Service Board’s (CESB) Outstanding Partners for Learning 2025 during the CESB Human Resource Managers Fellowship Meeting and Learning Session on December 3, 2025.

The award recognizes LRTA’s sustained support and contributions to CESB learning and development initiatives for public servants.

The plaque was accepted on behalf of the Authority by Mr. Nelson Ronald D. Ambrosio, CES Advocate 2025 awardee, and Ms. Ma. Lourdes Caraan of the Human Resource Management Division, from CESB Executive Director Maria Marcy Cosare Ballesteros.

A consistent honoree since 2019, LRTA’s recognition underscores its mission to improve people mobility through a world-class, inclusive light rail system and reaffirms its commitment to resilience, integrity, professionalism, and service excellence.
