The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), through its GAD Committee, conducted a Training-Workshop on Gender and Development (GAD) Agenda from 1–3 October 2025, at the Social Hall, Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City, attended by a total of 38 participants (male: 18, female: 20) from various LRTA offices.

Facilitated by Dr. Rowena S. Navera, the workshop guided participants on developing, implementing, and monitoring a gender-responsive GAD Agenda. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, attendees learned to integrate gender perspectives into planning, programs, and organizational initiatives.

The activity highlights LRTA’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and gender-responsive workplace.
