The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) conducted the oath-taking ceremony for the reelected officers of the LRTA Employees Association (LRTEA) on November 3, 2025, at the Line 2 Depot Social Hall in Santolan, Pasig City.

LRTA officials, department and division managers, and association members attended the event.

Reelected officers sworn in include:
– President: Plaridel N. Dela Torre
– Vice President: Marcelino A. Ganadillo Jr.
– Secretary: Maria Cecilia M. Padua
– Auditor: Esther A. Soneja
– Treasurer: Juliet U. Labisto
– Public Relations Officer: Nelson Ronald D. Ambrosio
– Sergeant-at-Arms: Pepito T. Aranzaso

The program featured the oath-taking, issuance of certificates, roll signing, and remarks from LRTEA President Dela Torre.

 LRTA Administrator Atty. Hernando T. Cabrera congratulated the officers and urged them to remain committed to representing employees and working closely with LRTA management to advance workforce welfare and interests.

The LRTEA has implemented several employee-focused initiatives, including establishing a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) for staff, creating the LRTA Dental Clinic, and organizing activities that promote camaraderie and engagement.

The ceremony underscores the continued partnership between LRTA management and LRTEA in fostering collaboration and sustaining efforts toward LRTA’s mission of delivering safe, reliable, and efficient rail services to the commuting public.
