The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Interpretation Training Course for Process Owners was conducted on July 16, 2025, online. This 8-hour program aimed to refresh and reinforce employees’ understanding of the LRTA’s ISO Quality Management System, including its policies, procedures, guidelines, work instructions, forms, and the individual roles of employees in maintaining compliance. The training also served as preparation for the upcoming third-party audit to ensure readiness and alignment with ISO standards. A total of fifty-five (55) representatives from various LRTA offices attended, and the course was facilitated by Engr. Robert I. Jarquio.
