LRTA personnel attended the “Gearing Teams Towards Organizational Excellence and Productivity” seminar conducted by the Personnel Officers Association of the Philippines (POAP) on April 22-24, 2025, at the Belmont Hotel in Boracay, Aklan. The event aimed to show how effective teamwork can lead to organizational success, and featured engaging sessions led by Ms. Monette I. Hamlin, Founder and Chairperson of Team Asia, who discussed the critical components of high-performing teams and the importance of having a clear purpose.
