The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) conducted the Employees’ Welfare and Productivity Seminar for the Line 1 – Rolling Stock and Interrelated Systems Division (RSISD) on August 28–29, 2025 at Nahas Beach Resort, San Juan, Batangas. The 16-hour seminar aimed to promote employee welfare and development, strengthen organizational unity, increase motivation, enhance interpersonal relationships, and improve overall productivity and efficiency. A total of 19 RSISD personnel participated in the program.
