The Human Resource Management Division together with Medical Services Office, Public Relations Division, Asset Management Division and Safety and Security Division conducted Employee Orientation for Newly-Hired Employees on August 03-04, 2026, at the Social Hall, LRTA Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City. A total of twenty-one (21) newly-hired employees attended the orientation. The orientation covers topics on LRTA profile, office rules and regulations, mental wellness on workplace, hiring process and promotion, reappointment and renewal of contract, leave administration, public relations, property and supply management, and safety and security. This undertaking aims to equip newly-hired employees with knowledge and understanding about the organization, policies, procedures and requirements pertaining to their job, employment and advancement, and importance of LRTA’s services to the riding public.
