LRTA employees attended the Employee Counseling and Grievance Handling seminar conducted by the Personnel Officers Association of the Philippines (POAP) on May 27-30, 2025 in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. As part of its training programs for government HR practitioners, this seminar aims to provide HR personnel with the skills and knowledge to manage employee grievances and provide counseling effectively, contributing to a more positive and productive work environment within the government bureaucracy.
