The Disability Sensitivity Training: Awareness on the Proper Management and Handling of Passengers, particularly Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), was conducted on August 28, 2025, online via Zoom. This 4-hour program aimed to increase awareness and sensitivity among LRTA personnel regarding the rights of PWDs and the proper handling of passengers with disabilities utilizing the LRT Line 2 System. The activity was implemented in line with the training requirements requested by the LRTA Mobility, Inclusivity, and Accessibility Committee. A total of sixty-six (66) LRTA employees from various offices participated, and the training was facilitated by the National Council on Disability Affairs.
