HRMD Joins CSC-CSI eLearning Session on Succession Management. Five (5) officers and personnel from the Human Resource Management Division participated in the eLearning Session on Succession Management conducted by the Civil Service Commission – Civil Service Institute (CSC-CSI) on November 28, 2025, via Zoom.

The session aimed to deepen participants’ understanding of succession management concepts and approaches, particularly in identifying and developing potential leaders, ensuring leadership continuity, and aligning succession plans with organizational needs.
