In preparation for the launch of the new contactless payment system, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA), in coordination with RCBC Bankard Services Corporation and Asis Elektronik, conducted a Comprehensive Operational and Technical Training on March 9–11, 2026, at the Social Hall, Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City.

A total of one hundred two (102) personnel participated in training modules covering:

•User Role Training (3 training hours)

•Admin Role Training (3 training hours)

•Back Office and Operational Processes Training (4 training hours)

The training was conducted to equip the LRTA personnel with the knowledge and skills to ensure a smooth rollout of the system, enhancing efficiency and service for commuters.
