Thirty (30) LRTA frontline service personnel successfully completed the Basic Life Support and Standard First Aid Training facilitated by the Pasig City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO). This comprehensive training equipped participants with vital skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of both the riding public and LRTA employees.
Participants were trained to promptly recognize emergency situations, administer immediate first aid, and perform Basic Life Support techniques, including CPR and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED). The program prepares responders to stabilize victims, prevent further injury, and provide critical support until professional medical assistance arrives.
