Engr. Francis A. Archivido Jr. participated as a representative of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) in the 7th RSME Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) activity for MRT-7’s Auto-Coupler Tester, Oil Damper Tester, Levelling Valve Tester, Breaker Tester, and other related equipment, held from March 26 to 27, 2026, at Kum Chun System Co., Ltd., South Korea.

The activity provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of the FAT process, including inspection, functional testing and validation of equipment against approved specifications. It also covered punch listing, dimensional testing, and paint thickness testing.

During the activity, Engr. Archivido assessed system performance, identified potential defects, and ensured the equipment’s readiness prior to delivery and installation.
