Mr. Jose Raymund M. Alsisto, Safety Specialist and Mr. Eroll C. Salamida, Environmental Specialist B, designated as Pollution Control Officers (PCO), participated the 40-Hour Basic Pollution Control Officer Training conducted by Envia Consultancy, Inc., a DENR-EMB accredited training institution, on June 15-19, 2026 at the Seven Space Coworking & Training Hub, Animat Building, Maginhawa St., Teacher’s Village East, Quezon City.

The designated PCOs completed the said training for accreditation, pursuant to the DENR Administrative Order No. 2014-02. It covers critical Philippine environmental laws and facilities compliance.

Through this participation, LRTA reaffirms its commitment to environmental stewardship and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure sustainable and responsible operations.
