A total of one hundred one forty-two (142) personnel from the Ticket Management and Sales Collection (TMSC) Division attended the 4-hour Quarterly Refresher Course which covered the Review/discussion of the 4th Quarter Refresher Course-CY2024, Updates and Issues on the Policies and Procedures related to Ticket Management & Sales Collection, LRTA Citizen’s Charter and other matters, issues and concerns. This activity forms part of the continuing development of competency requirements for concerned LRTA employees in alignment with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). It also aims to cascade ISO-related procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and policies to all concerned personnel. The session was facilitated by Technical Resource Persons from the TMSC Division.
