The 2025 3rd Quarter Refresher Course for Station Operations Division (SOD) personnel were conducted on August 27 and 29, 2025 at the PRTC Room, Recto Station. The course covered guidelines on the availment of 50% discounts for students, senior citizens, and PWDs, updates on Beep Card conditions of use, passenger feedback processes, application for concessionary cards, and other relevant matters. This 4-hour program aimed to develop the competency requirements of concerned LRTA employees in line with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), as well as cascade ISO-related procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and policies to all personnel. A total of 127 SOD personnel participated, and the session was facilitated by Technical Resource Persons from the division.
