As part of its ongoing operational readiness initiatives, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) conducted the 2nd Session Refresher Course for its Ticket Management and Sales Collection Division personnel on July 15-17 and July 20-21, 2026. A total of  138  personnel participated in the training held at the Social Hall, Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City.

The 2nd Session Refresher Course, which was facilitated by technical resource persons from the TMSCD, covered essential topics including a review and discussion of the previously conducted 1st Session Refresher Course for CY 2026, as well as updates, issues, and clarifications on the policies, procedures, and work instructions of the Ticket Management and Sales Collection Division (TMSCD). The session also enhanced participants’ awareness of the LRTA Public Service Continuity Plan (PSCP) Exercise and Testing Plan, particularly the procedures for conducting communication drills within the TMSCD. In addition, HRMD-related topics and concerns such as the Overtime and Wellness Leave Guidelines were discussed. The course concluded with an open discussion on other matters, issues, and concerns relevant to the division operations.
