The activity forms part of the Exercise and Testing Plan under the approved LRTA Public Service Continuity Plan (PSCP), ensuring that personnel are adequately prepared to effectively manage service disruptions and safeguard passenger safety.

The session also provided an overview of the LRTA Public Service Continuity Plan (PSCP), highlighting its objectives, framework, and the critical roles of personnel in maintaining service continuity during emergencies and unforeseen events.

The refresher course was conducted by Engr. Merlo G. Gallardo, Officer-in-Charge of the Traffic Control Division, together with TCD’s Technical Resource Persons.
This initiative aims to further enhance LRTA employees’ competencies in support of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and to effectively cascade relevant procedures, work instructions, and policies.
