The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) proudly announces that Ms. Eleanor C. Palaypayon, Project Manager for the Line 2 East and West Extension Project, represented the Authority as a speaker at the 28th Asia Pacific Rail held on May 6–7, 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand.
