LRTA HR Officers- Mr. Nelson Ronald D. Ambrosio, Human Resource Management Officer IV and Ms. Juliet U. Labisto, Human Resource Management Officer III participated in the 2026 Regional Human Resource Management Practitioners’ (HRMP) Congress on May 12-13, 2026 at the Foro De Intramuros, Manila.

The two-day event gathered approximately 1,400 HR practitioners from various government agencies and organizations across the region. The congress served as a valuable platform for learning, collaboration, and the exchange of best practices in public sector human resource management.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in plenary sessions covering current HR trends, digitalization, employee development, work-life harmony, leadership and public service excellence. The resource speakers from CSC, DOH, Quezon City LGU, and other agencies shared practical insights that HR practitioners can apply to improve systems and services in their respective offices.
Beyond the lectures, the congress provided a strong venue for networking and idea-sharing among HR practitioners. The well-organized program and collaborative atmosphere made the 16-hour leadership learning experience both productive and engaging. For LRTA, the insights gained will support ongoing efforts to strengthen HR systems, enhance employee experience, and uphold quality public service. This reflects LRTA’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the HR field.
