Two (2) engineers from the Line 1 South (Cavite) Extension Project of the Light Rail Transit Authority attended the 2026 Midyear National Convention of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers (IIEE) of the Philippines, Inc. held on May 5–8, 2026, at the Taal Vista Hotel, Tagaytay City, Cavite.

With the theme, “IIEE BRIGHTER 2026: Empowering the Future, Illuminating Excellence, and Leading with Humility,” the convention featured Technical Sessions and Product Presentations showcasing the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in electrical engineering.

Participation in this event further strengthened the engineers’ commitment to professional growth, continuous learning, and service excellence in support of LRTA’s mission to provide safe, reliable, and efficient public transportation services.
