The 2025 3rd Quarter Refresher Course for Traffic Control Division (TCD) personnel were held on August 18–19, 2025 at the OCC Viewing Room, LRTA Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City. The session covered Manual Route Setting, Manual Switch-Point Movement, and other relevant operational matters. This 4-hour program aimed to develop the competency requirements of concerned LRTA employees in line with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and to cascade ISO-related procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and policies to all personnel. Twenty-five (25) participants from the Traffic Control Division attended, and the training was facilitated by Technical Resource Persons from TCD.
