LRTA’s Train Operations Division (TOD) Technical Resource Persons in coordination with the Human Resource Management Division facilitated a 4-hour refresher course for Ninety-One (91) Train Operations Division Personnel. The topics covered are Train Drivers Console; Introduction to HIRAC, LRTA Citizen’s Charter and other matters related to train operation. This Refresher Course is being conducted on a bi-monthly schedule (6 times a year). This undertaking is for the development of the competency requirements of concerned LRTA employees related to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and also, to cascade ISO-related procedures, work instructions, guidelines and policies to all concerned LRTA employees.
