




As part of its ongoing operational readiness initiatives, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) conducted the 1st Session Refresher Course for its Ticket Management and Sales Collection Division personnel from March 9–13, 2026. A total of 136 personnel participated in the training held at the PRTC Room, LRT2 Recto Station and Social Hall, Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City.
The 1st Session Refresher Course, which was facilitated by technical resource person from TMSCD, covered essential topics including reviews of past discussions during their 2025- 4th Quarter Refresher Course, updates on procedures on Manpower Complement for Station Assignment and Unscheduled Absence of Employees (2019.PR.TMS) and Functions of Contract of Service Personnel functions in Cash Handling and Control of Cash Custodianship (2026.WI.TMS.015), and other operational updates. The session also provided awareness on the LRTA Public Service Continuity Plan (PSCP), highlighting its objectives, framework, and the critical roles of personnel in maintaining service continuity during emergencies and unforeseen events. This initiative aligns with LRTA’s ISO 9001:2015 QMS, reinforcing employee competencies and ensuring the proper dissemination of policies and procedures.
