As part of its continuing operational readiness initiatives, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) conducted the 1st Quarter Refresher Course for the Station Operations Division personnel, with a total of 142 participants, on February 19-20, 2026, online via Zoom.

This quarter’s refresher focused on Spot Audit on Allocations and Sales, Internal Audit Observation Memorandum, Review and discussion of the recent passenger feedbacks, Special Instructions on reporting of defective conveyances, Awareness on LRTA Public Service Continuity Plan, and Operations Updates.

The session also provided awareness on the LRTA Public Service Continuity Plan (PSCP), highlighting its objectives, framework, and the critical roles of personnel in maintaining service continuity during emergencies and unforeseen events.

The refresher course was conducted by Mr. Gil Carlos J. Monteclaro, OIC of the Station Operations Division and Technical Resource Person.

This initiative aims to develop LRTA employees’ competencies under ISO 9001:2015 QMS and to cascade related procedures, work instructions, and policies.
