To further heighten, increase the skills, knowledges of front line personnel in all operational processes (train operation, traffic operation signaling system) thru the conduct of cross-training program and as a preparatory  requirement (laddered mechanism) in attaining a certification to drive a train, as a traffic control dispatcher provided however, other requirements are completed.
