VISIT.  Five members of the House of Councillors (Japanese Parliament) (from left to right) Hiroo Nakashima, Yoshitaka Ikeda, Masatoshi Abe, Shuzen Tanigawa and Shuichi Kato recently took the time to visit the Light Rail Transit's (LRT) Purple Line (Megatren) facilities in Santolan, Pasig City.  The LRT Line 2 rail system is one of the many Japan-sponsored projects in the Philippines through its Overseas Development Assistance.  Hosting them was LRTA Administrator Atty. Teddy Cruz, Jr. (extreme right).
