The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) accepts proposals for lease of
commercial areas/spaces at Ground Floor North Area and Mezzanine Area of
Recto Station LRT Line 2 System.
Interested parties may submit their Letters of Intent including
business plans addressed to Mr. Jesus J. Jimenez, Manager
of the Business Development Division at his office at the
LRTA Compound, Marcos Highway, Santolan, Pasig City.
Submission will be on Jan. 24 to Feb. 13, 2013 at 8:00am-5:00pm.
